SAROVA FT was set-up during the COVID-19 pandemic to target and fill in a gap in the GCC’s professional advisory & consultancy market focusing on the Fintech research & solutions, development capital and Corporate Finance advisory, Digital Marketing & Specialty risk management, prize indemnity & insurance solutions. We believe that start-ups, SMEs and mid-sized organizations were poorly served by hands-on, accessible and affordable business strategic advice and support.

Big Corporates are most likely to go to one of the ‘Big 4’ or to a top-tier consulting house for business strategy support. Start-ups and small firms may go to a ‘one-man-band’ for support and consulting needs.

However, we think that SMEs, and ambitious mid-sized organizations may not have the need for nor have fee appetite of a Big 4 firm, and instead may need something more targeted, timely, results driven and cost-effective advisory firm.

The founders and C-level suite of business leaders of start-ups and SMEs are focused on driving the organization’s performance and effectiveness. Critical issues such as customer acquisition, financial and funding management, technology development and investment, people and culture dominate much of their time.
